The Mamarita
Shake up a batch of these pink margaritas featuring Seagram's Escapes Jamaican Me Happy for Mother's Day!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients- 1 strawberry, plus more for garnish
- 1 oz tequila
- 1 lime, juiced
- ½ cup Seagram's Escapes Jamaican Me Happy
- Sea salt, for rim
- Watermelon slice, for garnish
- Add sea salt to a shallow dish. Run a lime slice around the edge of a margarita glass then dip in salt until the rim is coated.
- Slice strawberry and add to a cocktail shaker. Muddle until broken down. Add tequila, lime juice and ice and shake until chilled.
- Strain mixture into the prepared margarita glass over ice. Top with Seagram's Escapes Jamaican Me Happy. If desired, garnish with watermelon and a strawberry.
