The Mamarita

Shake up a batch of these pink margaritas featuring Seagram's Escapes Jamaican Me Happy for Mother's Day!

• 1 strawberry, plus more for garnish
• 1 oz tequila
• 1 lime, juiced
• ½ cup Seagram's Escapes Jamaican Me Happy
• Sea salt, for rim
• Watermelon slice, for garnish

• Add sea salt to a shallow dish. Run a lime slice around the edge of a margarita glass then dip in salt until the rim is coated.
• Slice strawberry and add to a cocktail shaker. Muddle until broken down. Add tequila, lime juice and ice and shake until chilled.
• Strain mixture into the prepared margarita glass over ice. Top with Seagram's Escapes Jamaican Me Happy. If desired, garnish with watermelon and a strawberry.
